Uses: fragrance lamps, diffusers, saunas, massage oils & creams, bath oils and bath salts, etc.
Diffuser
Use three to four drops in a diffuser of your choice. Diffuse 30-60 minutes before bedtime to promote calm and relaxation.
Topical use
First dilute with an optional vegetable oil to minimize skin sensitivity. Apply a few drops to the desired area and massage the oil onto the skin.
Internal use
Take internally to help with seasonal

*This oil is food approved by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration (Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries of Denmark). However, using the essential oils internally for culinary or therapeutic applications requires more knowledge and care than a lot of people, new to essential oils, realize.
