Uses: fragrance lamps, diffusers, saunas, massage oils & creams, bath oils and bath salts, etc.
Diffuser
Use three to four drops in a diffuser of your choice. Diffuse 30-60 minutes before bedtime to promote calm and relaxation.
Topical use
First dilute with an optional vegetable oil to minimize skin sensitivity. Apply a few drops to the desired area and massage the oil onto the skin.
Internal use
Take internally to reduce anxious feelings.*
*This oil is food approved by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration (Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries of Denmark). However, using the essential oils internally for culinary or therapeutic applications requires more knowledge and care than a lot of people, new to essential oils, realize. Essential oils are highly concentrated, and there are many associated risks when ingesting them without being properly educated or without being under the care of a properly trained practitioner. We do not recommend ingesting essential oils, unless you are under the guidance of a qualified aromatherapist or have yourself received appropriate training from a reputable aromatherapy educator.
