Diffuser
Use three to four drops in a diffuser of your choice. Diffuse 30-60 minutes before bedtime to promote calm and relaxation
Topical use
First dilute with an optional vegetable oil to minimize skin sensitivity. Apply a few drops to the desired area and massage the oil onto the skin.
